Getting around is easy- Our unit has a great, central location between some of the City's hottest neighborhoods. With a Walk Score of 95 it means your stay is very walkable to many local attractions including tourist sites, great bars and restaurants, the Delaware Riverfront area, and shopping! If you choose to explore by car, you can easily get to main highway onramps as well as other attractions in the City. Uber and Lyft are also easily available, or if you'd like to roll around by bike, feel free to rent Indego Bikes from various docking stations located throughout the City. IMPORTANT!!! -- We apologize, but due to recent events in the area involving parties, and with having the utmost respect for our neighbors and community, we are no longer able to accept bookings from local guests (those who live within 45 minutes of Philadelphia, have a Philadelphia based ID, or a Philadelphia Area zip code). We reserve the right to cancel any reservation made by any local guest. It is highly recommended that guest purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of emergency/bad weather, Covid-19 bans/restrictions, etc. as NO REFUNDS/EXCEPTIONS outside of our stated cancellation policy will be given unless there is a mandatory evacuation in our area. Please check what your credit card covers. You can also visit the Insure My Trip website for insurance options. ★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★ Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. Pre-approved late check-out (up until noon only) is $50; please send us a request at least 2 hours before your check-out time so we can check our availability and notify our cleaner. We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest (TRUVI), the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. HOUSE RULES 1) Primary guest's minimum age should be 25 years old, or older. 2) No smoking inside the house of any kind. -$500 fine if detected. 3)WE REGRET TO INFORM YOU THAT WITH THE UTMOST RESPECT FOR OUR NEIGHBORS, WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT BOOKINGS FROM LOCAL GUESTS (THOSE WHO LIVE WITHIN 45 MINUTES OF PHILADELPHIA OR HAVE A LOCAL AREA CODE, DUE TO ISSUES WITH PARTIES. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO IMMEDIATELY CANCEL ANY RESERVATIONS BY LOCAL GUESTS. 4)No more than the number of guests booked ON PREMISE at any time: $250 fine per person if detected. 5)Please remove shoes 6)Quiet hours from 9pm to 8am(50 decibels). i) We use smart home technology to improve your experience. Minut is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is privacy compliant and is required on this property If our exterior ring cameras and/or noise monitors alert us that more than the stated number of guests are on premises or a noise disturbance has occurred, we reserve the right to cancel any existing reservation immediately, and with additional fines. Additionally: Tampering with Security Devices - Any attempt to block, disable, or interfere with our exterior cameras or noise monitoring devices will result in the immediate cancellation of the booking. These measures are in place to ensure the safety and security of all guests and the property. 7)You must have valid govt ID, phone number and address on file. 8)We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We had a fantastic stay at Gabe and Jon's townhouse. I was traveling with my husband and toddler, and also needed a babysitter for a kid-free wedding we were attending. The space was perfect - plenty of room for my daughter to play and we were comfortably able to do everything we needed. Having the kid gear made traveling so much easier - we were especially grateful to have the stroller, kids plates and monitors there. We absolutely loved the neighborhood - extremely walkable, easy to get around both Fishtown and Northern Liberties with lots of great restaurants nearby. The residential streets were beautiful, with playgrounds and community gardens close by.

My husband and I and our 2 adult sons enjoyed our long wknd stay at Gabe & Jon's thoughtfully designed place. There was plenty of space, beds and sleeping couches were very comfortable, and the house was extremely clean. Gabe & Jon responded rapidly and kindly to our questions. They even quickly sent over a maintenance person to address one. If you have a car, parking is a challenge, but we found unrestricted parking within a few blocks and mostly walked the neighborhood (including grittier and more trendy parts) or used the train. The 3rd floor livingroom and patio provided sunny and relaxed spaces to gather. I will say some of the higher tech features in the place seemed nice, but weren't all that intuitive to use. The friendly vegetarian restaurant on the corner was a plus! Thanks to Gabe and Jon for a nice home base as we explored Philadelphia!

We had a nice stay in Fishtown! The location is in a good spot where you can easily walk to a ton of restaurants and bars in Fishtown. It is just a block off Girard which is a little sketchy but as long as you walk the other way (towards the restaurants) you will be totally fine! Gabriel was so responsive and great at communication- thank you! From booking to pre-arrival to stay and departure. The living room is on the top level which ended up being fine and the tv is huge! Everything was comfortable..the only thing I didn’t love was the bathrooms. Every time I would walk into the master bath, the toilet seat would auto open so in the middle of the night it was a bit annoying. Also, I have no idea how to shower in either bathrooms without soaking the entire bathroom. We ended not even using the mater bath bc of how frustrating the toilet and shower were. Not a deal breaker though! The Airbnb was very quiet which was nice. Parking is tricky but not unbearable.

We had such a fantastic stay at Gabriel’s place! Fishtown is an absolute gem—full of incredible restaurants, cozy coffee shops, and stunning public art around every corner. We loved being able to step outside and explore the vibrant neighborhood, and the home itself was the perfect blend of comfort and functionality. It had everything we needed for a productive yet deeply restorative work retreat. We left feeling refreshed and inspired, and we’d all return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend—10/10, a true home away from home!
